Rug and Upholstery Cleaner

1 quart water
1/4 cup ammonia
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon baking soda

Boil water and take off heat. Add ammonia, vinegar and baking soda. Mix and cool. Use cold. After material dries, vacuum off.
