Vinyl Cleaner

1 part whiting
1 teaspoon mild dishwashing liquid
3 parts baking soda
2 quarts warm water

Combine whiting and baking soda in a bowl or bucket. Stir well. Rub powder onto the vinyl with a damp sponge. Mix dishwashing liquid and water in a bowl to make a sudsy solution and wash off the baking soda mixture. Rinse and wipe dry.
